Consultation
Do you have an excellent idea that you want to bring to life or do you have a problem that needs to be solved?
The first step is to understand your brief through our consultation phase.
Research
Our dedicated team will launch into a discovery phase to understand the market, customers, competitors and product in more detail.
Ideation & product innovation
Following the research phase, our industrial designers will articulate the vision by using 3D design software to create a 2 dimensional drawing of the product.
Prototyping
To bring the vision to life very early on in the manufacturing process our team will produce in-house rapid prototyping with CNC capabilities.
Toolmaking
Our industrial designers and engineers will work collaboratively to build a tool that is ‘fit for purpose’ for the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing & delivery
Lastly, SDI Plastics will launch into the injection moulding process, packaging and delivery of the final product.
